Dr. Paul Muratta, DO

At my appt. yesterday I was told by the office receptionist, the dr wouldn't see me without my medical records. My previous dr fax them 20 pgs to them Feb. 27. This was one of the stipulations to make an appt as a new patient. The receptionist laughed at me after I told her that I could not miss work again to make another appt. I have been trying to see Dr Muratta for 2 months. I told her I would wait for the office to fax them the records again. Another Rude lady walks up and denied the new patient med records rule and proceeded to tell me I have two choices; redo the images and have med records faxed to them again. I recently moved here from Austin and I have NEVER experienced this type of Unprofessional, Cruel and Rude behavior. I asked the receptionist to speak with a manager and was told the mgr was not in.

Never had to wait less than 1.5 hrs after appointment time, usually two or more. Receptionist incompetent calling an x-rays every time.Dr seems reasonably competent, but don’t plan anything else to do that day!

I been calling every week for appointment my referral was sent five weeks ago. The ladies in the office will not answer my calls or call me back with appointment. I wonder if the doctor knows how they're running his office. Turning away patients.

He is thorough with his patience. I appreciate his attentiveness with me. He goes over my issues to where I am able to understand what happened and the options that I have in order to get them fixed or taken care of. In addition, he gives me the best way to handle it. He gives me as much time as I need, unlike most doctors these days...which is understandable but unfortunately. His time is valuable but unfortunate and he knows that our time is, as well. I don’t normally review Drs but I have to in this case. First of all the staff was friendly and happy. They were respectful , caring and listened. I didn’t have this experience AT ALL with my prior physician office- always felt like I was bothering them and to hurry through the appointment. I sent an email afterwards thanking them for making me feel welcome and caring about my situation. I feel such a sense of relief- I’m being heard and they care. I’ll look forward to my next appointment instead of dreading it. Thank you Dr Muratta & staff. You’re awesome!

I have been to a couple doctors in the past to relieve my chronic pain due to a past car accident. I got some relief but was still having too much pain to live comfortably. I started seeing Dr. Muratta and he has been able to manage my pain better with different techniques and procedures. I now have a great quality of life and do not have to take any prescription's .

I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and only waited 10 minutes before I went to the exam room. Dr. Muratta is very personable and explained the treatment plan that is best for me. All the nurses were very helpful and competent. This is by far the best experience I've had at a doctor's office in a very long time.

I've been seeing Dr. Muratta for almost a year now for my sciatica and low back pain. I would highly recommend him. He's always taken his time and I never feel rushed when I'm with him. Love his new office also. Staff is super friendly. Feels like they take care of you like they would if you were a family member.

I saw Dr. Muratta at his new practice and the staff is GREAT! I definitely would recommend him. He's helped me so much with my knee pain. I can get around great now and for years I struggled even walking around the house. I just feel that he has really been a blessing to me and my family because I can do so much more now that I could before I started seeing him.

I've had neck pain and migraines for years and Dr. Muratta was able to help me get it under control. He had a great bedside manner and his staff really seemed to care about me as a person. I'd highly recommend him, especially if you want a physician that actually sits down and listens to you.

Very busy practice, however Dr. Muratta is caring and explains everything where I can understand it. I would not go to another doctor.
