I never had one because I never got past the useless reception. I was referred to Dr. Kumar's office after a colonoscopy for another procedure. I phoned and left a message - no response. I phoned and spoke to the scheduler who after taking all my information asked to call me back in 10 minutes - never heard back. I phoned and left a message again - no response. I phoned for the fifth time in an attempt to book an appointment - I spoke to the receptionist again - who took all my information again and said he needs to call me back in 10-15 minutes. When I said, "you are going to call me back right? Last time you said that I have to call 3x to get back to this conversation." His answer was "these things happen - yes I will call you back." He never did - Dr. Kumar is obviously not in the business of making money - its impossible to book - i went elsewhere and had something scheduled same day.

Horrible. After being referred to Dr Kumar by an ER physician, I had to schedule an appointment 13 days later. His “receptionist” took my email and told me he would send forms to me 10 days of moderate to extreme pain later, no forms. When I called to inquire, I was told that Dr Kumar had called earlier in the day and directed his guy to cancel all of his appointments on my given day due to a staff meeting at Harbor UCLA I was forced to find another doctor on short notice and will have to put up with 3 days more discomfort No apologies, no attempt to reschedule me in a timely manner. I am thoroughly disgusted with this Dr and his office
