Dr Acus had done my 1st TKA 2 years ago due to degenerate osteoarthritis, from which I had a 100% full recovery. This 2nd TKA proceeded very efficiently, and Dr Acus advised all went perfectly. I expect to realize another 100% recovery and functionality.

He was excellent and the service was comforting! Healthcare workers I know in the specialty highly recommend him. The staff was very accommodating, nurses were great!

I arrived at my 9:30 appointment on time. Problem is the appointment was really 8:00! While it did not appear to a busy day, they were able to see me promptly. Dr. Acus did a thorough job of explaining things and was able to effectively answer my concerns. They’ve been good at seeing an actual operation as a last resort.

I arrived at 7:55 AM for my 8 o’clock appointment. I did not see Dr. Acus until 9:40 AM. I think that is an excessively long wait time. The nurse Bobi had taken all my vitals and information I had had my x-rays and I sat in the room another hour. When Dr. Acus. came in he was very rushed this time. He was trying to get out the door before he got in the door. I had to stop him and say dr. Acus I waited an hour and a half to see you I have a few more questions. He reluctantly stood in the Doorway and answered. It’s not fair. I have waited every time for him that I’ve been there and that is four times but he has usually not been so rushed. But the wait has been excessive every time. my friend had a similar experience and she said the time he spent with her was three minutes telling her she had a tear from skiing and he was out the door.. You are so qualified but you need to be present when seeing a patient. if scheduling is the problem do something about it.

Dr. Acus was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Told me what was normal and what to expect after the surgery.

He said Talawi is my guy re MRI & bundle/arthritis. Been with Crystal since 70’s. At 84 no changing now. Also I’m Thomas Riley 111 gotta be lucky.

Immediate and thorough diagnosis puts his patients at ease explaining treatment, what to expect and next steps. Dr Acus has treated me for several orthopedic problems. I fully trust him to have my best outcome in mind.

He was direct, listen to my concerns about my knee and groin pain. He gave me injection in knee. I didn’t feel it! He’s got me for sure and l have been telling everyone about my visit that he and the entire staff was A+
