Dr. Raymond Tien, MD

I saw Dr. TIEN for a number of issues, including back surgery. He resolved all of them in a professional manner. He closely listens, asks questions and helps come up with solutions or referrals to get things back on track. Highly recommend!!

He operated on my spine some time ago and has enabled me to KEEP WALKING. I am forever grateful to him.

Dr. Tien didn't seem to have reviewed the case history. I felt like we were rushed in this appointment. There were other underlying health issues, that he didn't address until I brought them up.

Dr Tien performed am MVD surgery for me. His knowledge and demeanor are very comforting and I have complete faith in his abilities.

I have always received great treatment from Dr. Tien and would recommend him to everyone with back issues. My only issue with the Center is that their scheduling is far below second rate. I realize that there are time restraint that cause treatments to be way out timewise, but adding week to get them schedule only move them farther out.

Dr. Tien, Hello this is Lambert Bourgo you have seen me twice for my lower back pain and the last visit you recommended an ablation. I was under the impression that you would be sending in an order for the procedure and now I am being told I have to see Katie Zipcar for a consultation then she will decide if I can get that procedure. I am becoming frustrated at this process. It is taking over a month to see her then I will have to wait to have the ablation. This could take another couple of months. Meanwhile my back is horrible and this has been going on for well over a year. I am just reaching out to you as I am becoming extremely frustrated and I am not getting any relief. Do I have to go through this process? I would have thought a referral from someone of your credentials would be good enough to move forward. Dr Tien was great at answering our question

Had lower back surgery at The Center. Not only is Dr. Tien focused he is an excellent person/surgeon! Highly recommend. Also, his staff in both the office and surgical settings are exceptional. A little humor helps everyone! The staff not only smiles, they laugh and make it a comfortable experience.

Dr. Tien is an incredible asset to our medical community. He is kind, caring and is an exceptionally talented surgeon. My wife and I have both been his patient for many years and always feel he takes a personal as well as a professional interest in us in every visit.

Great outcome and that’s what counts!

I went to Dr. Tien for cysts on both sides of my lower spine. Dr. Tien did an awesome job. No pain during surgery or after surgery. My normal surgeon was too busy, I kept waiting and waiting and they never called me back. Called Dr. Tien's office and had surgery in two weeks.

The nursing staff was friendly and professional. OR staff was informative and made me feel at ease

Outstanding Doctor

I would give Dr. Tien five stars any day of the week. I love this guy. He is caring, takes time to listen to my complaints and truly tries to find a solution to my pain. He came highly recommended from friends here on the ranch that know him. I am doing so much better since my last appointment, but I have added a nutritional supplement that I believe is working along with the shots I received.

I saw Dr. Tien about my lower back, but he was only interested in my cervical spine. When I asked about my lower back, he blew off the question saying "we all have back pain". Not very helpful. He ordered a procedure without explaining what it was and why I should have it done.

Wait time was within reason. Staff is friendly and professional. The doctor and his assistant are very good with there diagnosis and explaining your options. Would highly recommend
