Dr. Rex Mabey, MD

I’ve been in Dr Mabey’s care since January this year. He’s grossly misdiagnosed me, dragging on my suffering for months and months. His primary concern is to socialize and chit chat during the visit, and not focusing on the actual medical problem. The front desk staff consists of his wife who has zero concept of customer service and is condescending, rude to people and some other elderly woman who charge their patients whatever fees they feel like. I’ve been charged each time ‘copay’ of $50 every single time I went in, even though it was not supposed to be more than $35. When I investigated why they charge me so much, I found out she was charging me each time for ‘annual checkup’. So I literally had 4 annual checkups with Dr Mabey in the time frame Jan-April. Make it make sense. When I complained, she was absolutely rude over the phone, belittling my spoken English and hung up. I would absolutely NOT advise anyone to use this provider. Stay away.

Dr. Mabey was my doctor for 19 years he delivered both of my children safely. Never have I found a better doctor.

He was very nice and so was all of his staff including the women at the front desk. Although he was nice, I don't suggest going to talk to him about PCOS without reading up a lot yourself. He was nice and answered all of my questions, but didn't really give me any information on his own even though I was just diagnosed and still trying to learn how to work with it. So if you go to him with this issue, I would have all your questions ready since he didn't give a lot of input on his own. I know it's not something that's treatable, but it would've been nice if he gave more information about it than he did.

Great doctor , outstanding person I have been under his care for 27 years and he is the best. Always treats you with respect and he really cares for his patients. Personal super friendly and professional . Minimum wait. Best ever

Dr Mabey listens and is knowledgeable. I like that he consults with you in his office before going to the exam room. Short wait time and his staff is very helpful also.

Dr. Mabey is easy to talk with and very compassionate. He takes the time to sit down with you and you can talk about anything with him. Very easy to make or change an appointment. His scheduling is great and there is very little wait time (I always show up early). Office staff is friendly and always helpful. I would recommend Dr. Mabey and be confident that any one I refer would be treated with great respect.

I went for a check up and I felt very uncomfortable with his comments, he was judging me... his comments were very hurtful and racist.. such a bad experience... I am sure he is breaking several laws... specially because he did something without my concent...

I've been going to Dr. Maybe for about 10 years and find him to be excellent. Puts me at ease, listens to my questions and comments, and is very professional. Always seems to be well versed in current medical trends and treatments. I think he is a great doctor.

I really wanted to love his practice. Unfortunately, the ladies at the front desk are extremely rude, and he administered a patient a substance she was allergic to. Rude, unprofessional, and lack of patient care.

He's always been nice to me....the staff are very helpful and the atmosphere are very nice ...I even recommend him with my 2. Co workers and they will set up apps soon

If you are not having a child, and you want TOP NOTCH patient service in a VERY welcoming comfortable office, go see Dr. Mabey. I was so pleasantly surprised to find how quickly I could get in. He actually takes the time to listen to your whole medical background before the exam, so that you are comfortable. The staff is very friendly. I felt like this type of Doctor/Patient care was LONG gone, until I came here. Thank you everyone at Dr. Mabey' office.
