I’ve been going to Dr Diaz now for five years and he has been nothing but great to me and for me before I could not walk at all but now I can walk using crutches he he is doing and did a great job for me to get back on my feet

Dr. Diaz is a rare "pain doctor" in that he is genuinely compassionate and does his best to find helpful treatments -- often those a bit "outside the box" that other physicians would not even consider. Don't mistake his empathy for "weakness." He is resourceful but will absolutely NOT deviate from legal standards... so don't ask him to. If you are not a compliant patient, you'll find yourself looking for another physician. Dr. Diaz unfortunately works for the "corporation" and that entity doesn't fill me with confidence. I would feel more confident if Diaz worked at a company with reasonable ethical standards. For example, the owner tried to charge $1600 for a simple back brace that could be purchased on Amazon.com for $150 -- EXACT MODEL, SAME MANUFACTURER. This was after I was told "Insurance will take care of it." A month later I am billed "my share" by the corporation for $489.44 AFTER my insurance had already paid them $734.15, which is a ridiculously greedy markup!

Dr Diaz is a very caring doctor i left his former practice due to management issues Now that he is in a different practice I went back to him He was the only doc to help me with my horrible headaches

After waiting 45 minutes for my appointment with Diaz, he never showed. I left. Then they billed me for a no show. After I complained, Dr. Gutenburg told me the bill was cancelled. They almost never answer their phone. I will not go back.

I've been seeing Dr. Diaz for several years, he has ALWAYS been honest, upfront, personable and truly cares!!! He works great with patients that want to improve and not drug seeking. You will not find a more moral and ethical doctor!

Awful. I rcvd neck injections from him 2 yrs ago, he put me to sleep which he should not have done. As soon as I woke up I was in excruciating pain, doctor, and nurse at facility didn't seem to care. As soon as I tried to stand my right leg gave out, symptoms progressively got worse. I called for 3 days, finally MA returned my call and told me it couldn't possibly be his fault. 2 yrs later it is still progressively getting worse, nerve damagto right lower extremity to the point now that

He may be the BEST doctor, but his nursing staff is disorganized and do NOT, I repeat, do NOT know what they are doing when it comes to getting authorization from insurance companies!!!

My court case will be over soon and I can't wait to see my extended family again. I miss you all and will be glad to get back on board. Hope to see you soon.
