Tonsillectomy
My adult daughter had a tonsillectomy performed by Dr.Levin in December 2022. Dr. Levin was very friendly and open when answering questions before and after the procedure. I felt comforted by his bedside manner and he did a good job with the surgery if the positive results are an indicator to go by. She is fully recovered now. I would recommend him and this practice. Every staff member we’ve spoken to or encountered has been wonderful.

Dr Levin showed no interest, did not examine me, seemed irritated when I explained that I went for second opinion, did not review paperwork from other ENT, and did not see the urgency in recommended surgery that Johns Hopkins doctor recommended ASAP. Left the room without any contact with us and sent nurse in to discharge. Spent 3 mins with us. Will not be returning to this practice. Very uncaring ENT with terrible bedside manners.

I was referred by my doctor after being sick for almost a month. She sent me to the hospital and had a CT Scan of my throat. With their findings, my doctor referred me to an ENT. I went to the appointment and sat in the back room for 40 minutes. I was ok with that as I figured that he would be reviewing my scans. After him coming in, he had me open my mouth and said "there's nothing wrong with you". I proceeded to tell him of my swollen lymph node, infections in my eyes, severe sore throat, coughing etc. He decided to look into my nose with a scope as well as my ear. Again, he said that "there is nothing wrong with you". I asked if he looked at the scans. He replied, "I will look at them later". He was the most uncaring doctor that I have ever encountered. How can he diagnose me when he never looked at the scans? I got a call from his office today asking me to come in for a follow-up visit. Seriously?

Dr Levin removed my very inflamed tonsils in 2003. I was 32 and it was a rough surgery but he did a great job.

Uncaring. No feedback. No diagnosis. No tests ordered. Could care less about the patient. Total waste of money and time going to him. Don't bother.
