Fantastic Surgeon
Our son was injured in a lacrosse game. Dr.Matz repaired his ACL,since then our son has been able to return to playing sports. Dr.matz took his time explaining the procedure and follow up care. he also answered all of our questions and took his time with us.Never felt rushed. The office communication was also great. Thank you Dave Adams

Never again! Arrogant, cocky, and didn't seem to care about my concerns nor his PA! 2+ years post-surgery still pain and problems which he could care less about because his x-rays look good. Sad! I would find another surgeon or wait for Saltzman. No more hazmatz for me!

Dr. Matz, did a great job repair my damaged knee.He explained the procedure in detail and encouraged questions. The follow up was smooth sailing and his office is very professional. I would recommend Dr.Matz to anyone who is looking for a great surgeon who cares for his pt’s and has a terrific bedside manner.

Find someone else!! This man has no clue what he is doing and is completely incompetent. This office is not focused on the patient rather only their monetary gain.

I went in for an arthroscopy and decompression and came out having had done that plus a tenotomy and rotator cuff repair with screws placed when the films showed only a very small tear in the rotator cuff but they said is normal. No discussion of any tenotomy.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident for which I was not at fault. I saw Dr. Matz because of a torn labrum injury sustained as part of the accident. the initial consultations and surgery went smoothly but as my shoulder healed all of my pre-surgery pain returned even after PT. When asking for a simple medical narrative from Dr. Matz as needed for part of my personal injury lawsuit, many inquiries were ignored. Finally I was told that he was too busy to give a narrative. not helpful
