Office is very Professional. Staff is courteous.
I have been a patient of Dr. Spector for at least 25 years. He has personally performed lens surgery on both of my eyes. I have seen several of the other M.D.'s when I cannot get appointment with Dr. Spector and all have been very good Doctors. My last visit was for a red & swollen eyelid. It is a stye & I have a follow-up appointment tomorrow with an associate.

Dr. Guerriero is a macular degeneration specialist who works at Spector on Fridays. He consistently runs at least 45 minutes late. Most of the staff apologizes but Dr. G never does. He may be good but unless you don't value your time and have nothing else to do, I would recommend going to a different doctor.

I had my first eye done yesterday and what a pleasure it is to open your eye and see bright and clear. I don’t have to paint! I am looking forward to fixing my other eye. Dr. Spector and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly. (I know that wasn’t always true but it is now!)

I went to Dr Scott Spector years ago. He insisted that I was way overdue to have cataract surgery on both eyes. Ridiculous. He must love doing surgery? It’s now 15 years later & I've NEVER had cataract surgery! Yesterday, I asked my ophthalmologist (again about cataracts) & was told I have barely discernible cataracts....still no need for surgery! Please... be WARNED about this “doctor”.

I had a Crystalens implanted for lens replacement cataract surgery in my left eye. Thank goodness I didn't let him do the second eye. He used the wrong power and I can not drive with out a contact in my left eye. After $4000 i wear contacts! Just one big scam from that office.

It's been over two weeks since my cataract surgery with multifocal lens implants for both eyes and I'm more than happy that I did it!!! I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Spector. He has proven to be very knowledgeable, reliable and professional. He chosen the latest technology to fix my eyes. I really trusted him. I can’t thank Dr.Spector and his amazing team enough for making my dream come true. And I would recommend them to everyone!!

After 8 visits Dr. Spector recommended cataract surgery, but completely missed the fact that I had advanced Glaucoma. I discovered that when I consulted another doctor for an assessment before proceeding with cataract surgery. This other doctor asked if I had ever been told that I have Glaucoma: NO. It was so advanced that I had lost a great deal of peripheral vision, which could not be reversed. It was too advanced to treat chemically and necessitated surgery to stop its advance.
