Very rude and in and out in seconds. Didn't communicate well or at all. I had to get the nurse to bring him back in the room so i could find out what he was going to do for my nagging muscle pain since he never said anything and just left. I had read many positive reviews but I was very disappointed and he knew it. I dont know where his mind was but it wasn't on this patient. After getting home and rechecking his reviews i started see negative ones. Doctors like Dr Yus are the kind that give doctors a bad name.

This is not my personal experience but my daughter's . She visited Med-Help and Dr. Yu was the doctor who treated her. We have Access Health as part of our benefits with BCBSAL. He is one of their approved providers. I would like to say we have used access health provider twice. In both cases they provided what we feel is below adequate health care. On this last visit the medication my daughter was prescribed was NOT in line with her diagnosis. She has a viral DX but was prescribed 5 different meds that were to treat a bacterial infection. She was given two different antibiotics. I'm not a doctor but my understanding is viral DX isn't treated with antibiotics. My daughter was communicating with me via text during her wait(which was minimal the only good thing about the visit) she made this statement " mom , they are so rude" not a caring demeanor by this practice. My daughter didn't feel well and before she left was in tears. Our family does not recommend this practice.

Horrible! Left in tears!! I went in asking for birth control, and since I was a smoker he said absolutely not. Okay. Blood clots can happen. Without any explanation he decided to change my thyroid medication, ignored my depression issues, ran bloodwork and I had to ask the nurses to bring him back in twice just to explain what they were for because he wouldn't tell me what tests he was running! Still don't know! I have never had a doctor be in such a rush to get thr next patient it was horrific.

Dr. Yu is very kind spoken. He takes the time to listen and answer any questions you may have. I have been extremely pleased with his care and would highly recommend him to others. His staff and the facility is great too. I've never had any difficulty being seen, even just as a walk in.

This doctor is SOOOO rude. He doesn't want to spend more than 5 minutes with a patient, and he is very unhelpful. He is has no concern or compassion for his patients, and he will not listen to them. He's always in a rush and just wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible with no concern about the patient's needs.
