Dr. Stephen Snow, MD

Severe pain in left ankle. Diagnosed me with gout. No blood work, never had gout before. Turns out it was a torn achilles tendon which then ruptured. Saw another ortho. 3 mo in cast. Had he not misdiagnosed and treated correctly, it would not have ruptured.

Dr Snow was very clear explaining the diagnosis, options for treatment and encouraged questions. He was never rushed and focused on what I particularly needed for post-op care and recovery. I knew what to expect and received excellent care from Dr Snow and his staff from start to finish.

He seemed to be very sympathetic to my situation. He and his staff were there untill 7:00pm when I was released to go home that night after 8 hours of surgery and recovery Thank you

Dr. Snow was supportive of my desire to replace both of my knees at once. He was thorough, listened to my concerns, and did several things proactively to help with healing and pain. The surgery went well and the follow-up at his office was complete and helpful. His staff members were also helpful and available when I needed them.

I'm 70 and it took me a long time to actually decide to have a knee replacement. I waited until I was barely able to walk because I'm Norwegian and stubborn, when it finally came time to do this thing I did lots of research on types of knee hardware and the Doctor to perform the Operation. I queried Seattle, Renton and even as far away as Bend Oregon that offered a Robotic aided replacement. When I finally came down to making a decision I selected Olympic Ortho Center because they offer highly trained professional and Dr. Stephen Snow was top notch and specialized in the Stryker knee. Its been 7 weeks now and surprisingly enough I started walking with my new knee the same day of surgery and I've put countless miles on my new knee since. Dr. Snow is retiring at the end of 2019 and all of us who have gotten to know him, he will be sorely missed. Thank You Dr Snow for my new lease on life!

Dr. Snow has been my doctor for more than five years. He has given me injections for trocanteric bursitis several times. He did surgery on my broken humerus. I feel like I'm in good hands with him. He is soft spoken, calm and patient. I know he will take care of me.

I highly recommend Dr Snow. He is very knowledgeable and treated me with respect at the same time. He was very quick to treat my knee problem there in the office. No waiting, no rescheduling, he knew I was in pain and he did everything to relieve my pain, and treat my knee. Then before my knee replacement surgery he gave me Special treatment. It was pain relief! Before surgery, a week before surgery! And it has lasted until now, at 9 weeks post total knee replacement! And will continue for up to 120 days! He is very soft spoken, a keen listener and has a great bedside manner. I will continue to be treated by him for all our family needs in the future.
