Dr Lee is very quick to respond to messages in the MyChart app. She also is very popular and books appointments far ahead most of the time, but she almost always has same-day appointments available if you go on the app after midnight or early in the morning. If you need to see urgent care after hours or on the weekends (even for a virtual appointment), she will review your visit notes and offer any needed follow-up.

Dr. Lee always remembers me and my medical history whether the visit is in-person or virtual. She listens to needs and concerns, offering next steps and recommendations that meet me where I am as a patient and human. Healthcare has changed significantly over the last 20 years, and Dr. Lee provides the old fashioned care I expect while offering modern resources and system navigation.

Dr. Susan Lee Is the best Dr. I have been to. She gets to the source of my health issue. I highly recommend her to my family and friends. She also very nice.

I called and scheduled an appointment for immunization and confirmed with insurance and their staff that there will be no co-pay or any other cost. They tricked us to do a doctor's visit and got our co-pay just for doing one vaccine. This is flaw, stay away from this office if you want your immunization done. The staff was very rude when I called back to ask them why. If they would just ask us for a donation of $15, I would give it to them, but trick us like this, this is not acceptable. I am t
