DR, Acker was not polite and professional to me and she was rude smart mouth to me I came to see her on March 2024 because I have bad sinus infection and and have infection in my lung. DR ACKER did not tell me to sit on the exam table where I can lay back on the table where she can hear me breathing out of my mouth. she exam me while I was sitting in the chair. The nurse knock on the door tell DR ACKER it is accident out in the park lot and that when she got up and left the room where I was sitting and never came back in the room. I ask the other Doctor where is DR ACKER he went out see where she were and she never came back and that when she gave me the paper and she said you can go she was rude smart mouth to me I don't approve how she spoke to me that was rude and smart mouth. They need to let DR< ACKER Know that not the way to treat patient and no body else like she did. I came in to be professional polite and nice I didn't come here for DR,ACKER been rude to me I don't know what is her problem she need to pray before she leave her home and read 35 song and verse.

Dr. Acker has been my Dr. for over 20 years. I completely trust her w/ everything medical. She takes her time to figure out issues & explains things so that you can understand. She makes your feel very comfortable & at ease. I can honestly say that she genuinely cares about her patients & wants the best for them!
