Grateful and relieved
Thank you to Dr. Van Dinter and his team, including Dr. Pailes (Valiant Anesthesia) for providing exceptional care and kindness during my colonoscopy today. I have put off this test for three years due to fear and after experiencing worrying symptoms, I could no longer delay. The procedure was far less scary than I imagined it to be. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Van Dinter and the BSW Plano Digestive team. Thank you.

Dear Dr. Van Dinter, Thank you once again for saving my life. When I met you in the ICU, I didn't think I had more than a couple of hours to live. Thank you for the reassurance you gave me prior to the surgery. I knew it was risky, but felt I was in good hands as everyone at Baylor told me you were the best and lucky for me, you were in that day. Everyone should be so lucky to have a doctor like you. Just wish it had been sooner that I'd have expressed my gratitude not only for saving my life, but your kindness and patience. Thank you so much!

Did an initial consoling with Dr and all went well at that point. He prescribed some new RX to a problem. But after I started taking that RX, it made my problems worst. I stopped taking and called to setup a follow appointment to discuss it. They told me it would take 2 months to get an appointment and this is when I was having issues with an RX he prescribed. If its take 2 months for get followup appointments, they should be taken in new patients.

I have never provided a recommendation but felt Dr. Van Dinter was a cut above. He took time to helpme understand my issues, discuss next steps and helped me understand to a much better level- all with kindness and caring - which to a sick patient goes a long way. I hope I do not have to see him often as I want to be healthly but immediately felt confident that I had the right doctor and that this group is a class act.
