I have been trying unsuccessfully to get my meds. I call the office and they say they are working on it. I call my insurance and they have not been contacted at all!!! Is knocking your patients down so they cannot function a good way to keep patients? Not this one. A doctor is only as good as his support staff and they are the reason I am finding another doctor.

I am a severe RA patient with Dr Brelsford for over 6 years with monthly IV drips for 5 of those in those 5 years I saw him maybe 7 times all the rest was PA.s. On 3 opiods pain meds for 6 yrs then after drs started getting heat about writing opiod scripts he send me to pain management dr to get pain meds. Instead of managing pain only reduced meds and on third visit dropped morphine and put me on methadone, made me so sick had to quit everything for a week. Will see 4th Rhuematologist in 2wks.

First visit was exceptional, however I have not been seen by him personally in about 1 1/2 yrs. His NP is great (Tim). If you visit with Tim, you are still charged a co-pay for a specialist which I disagree with. Your ins. may differ.
