He was rude and condescending. He didn’t even check my deviated septum. I had high hopes for someone to help my symptoms. Nothing was accomplished.

My son who is 3 years old went through and had a tonsillotomy had his adenoids removed and had tubes put in. We are in the evening of day one after his surgery and he has been suffering from reflux because he's not able to eat. So I called on call and spoke with Dr Chasse himself and I get told that there's nothing that he can do and there's nothing he can tell me. My son is literally dry heaving acid because he cannot eat he is 3 years old and he has autism. He kept bringing up hydration and where my son was in the hospital earlier and sent home after having a bag of fluids. Dr Chasse kept mentioning that he was hydrated I was not calling about the hydration portion of it because I knew he was hydrated from being in the hospital I was calling about the reflux. I do not recommend this doctor he's a quack

Dr Chasse has been my ENT since I was 2, I’m now 23. He has put in multiple sets of ear tubes for me and treated many ear infections. He is an excellent doctor who has always helped me when I’ve had a problem and found ways to prevent future ear infections. He is great at his job and I can’t recommend him enough!

I would not recommend Dr. Chasse at all. It took them six months to even call me. Once they did, they scheduled me quickly however he never showed up. I drove an 1.5 to get there and they only told me after 30 minutes of waiting that he wouldnt be coming in. They didn't even apologize.
