Dr. William Sweatt, MD

The Dr and all his staff, desk folks, nurses, CRNA, etc….were absolutely incredible. Soooo much better than other locations in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I would recommend Dr Sweatt for your gastrointestinal issues. He and his whole staff were so kind and caring to me during my procedure. I am thankful I found Dr Sweatt.

My wife had been previously treated by Sweatt with routine Colonoscopies, and all was well. My wife has in the last year had concerns with upper GI. Sweatt's treatment was unreasonable amounts of pharmaceuticals vs a true solution to the problem. Here is the bigger concern with Dr. Sweatt's overall practice: Dr. Sweatt is in Network. He uses a Nurse Anesthetist that is tied to Teleios Anesthesia. Telios is a PLLC that is set up in Sweatt's location (Sweatt and Teleios share a contact phone number). The PLLC is out of network, but the Nurse Anesthetist is in network. They bill under the PLLC, so we got billed out of network. My wife's insurance worked out the charges to where we owe nothing to Teleios Anesthesia, but we are continuing to get billed ~$1600, even though the EOB and the Insurance company says we owe nothing more. The staff in Sweatt's office is absolutely horrid. They are unhelpful and do not return phone calls. Be very careful if you use Sweatt.

Dr. Sweatt was extremely kind and friendly along with the anesthesiologist. What was disappointing was having to pay a $70 copay just to get my results. I have never heard of paying to get your results. I thought it was common practice for the provider to give you the results. The service has already been paid for and now I have to turn around and pay $70 for a possible 5 min conversation and then my insurance will be charged for an office visit. Very disappointing.

This office is the most unprofessional office I have been in contact with. I was referred to this doctor's office by my doctor for a colonoscopy. I didn't get to schedule an appointment because the staff is unprofessional, and if the staff is unprofessional in my mind that means the doctor leaves a lot to be desired also. I was on hold for more than 2 hours over the course of three days and no appointment was scheduled. I am relieved for that. I contacted my doctor to inform on this unprofessional treatment and a request for another referral to someone else. I don't know how this office is still in business with this level of unprofessional staff. I'm happy that I didn't get assistance because I would like to trust my medical professional and I have no trust in this office. I hope other patients are treated better, but I won't recommend my family, friends or strangers to this office for anything. If they were to get a letter grade, it would be an F-, from this retired teacher.

Dr Sweatt and his nurses were absolutely amazing when I was in need of an emergent procedure. HOWEVER his billing staff is RUDE, does not follow instructions, and will charge your card without permission and REFUSE to refund any amount of it back!!!! Normally I would rate him 10/10 for his excellent care but because of his billing staff I would give ZERO stars if I could.

try this doc only if you want to be ignored and wait weeks or months to be "called back" to schedule a procedure, which their own provider (you will rarely if ever see the doctor), ordered.

After enduring 7 different colonoscopies by 7 different doctors, he found my problem and is treating it. He really does care for his patients and I recommend him to everyone who listens

I highly recommend Dr. Sweatt and his amazing team. They provided excellent services with a very caring and friendly environment.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Dr. Sweatt is my doctor and I also worked for him for 15 years. He is dedicated to his patients and very intelligent. I noticed complaints about wait time but I assure you he will give each patient the same amount of time if it is needed. He is a good Christian man and an excellent doctor no matter how long you have to wait.

Never on time..always over an hour wait without being informed. Zero respect for patients time or other doctors when we have another appointment after him

Here is one of the kindest doctors ever met! He has been more the gentle, kind, patient and motion wall professional.

Had a procedure done at Dr. Sweatt's office. His team that he has built around him are the utmost professionals. Everyone worked in a synchronized fashion and made you feel at ease. Dr. Sweatt's explanation of his findings were explained in a way I understood and his bed side manner is impeccable. Great team and great doctor..... best care!

I just love love love this doctor and his staff. I did not have a long wait in the waiting room or once I got into the exam room. Everyone is super nice. I never feel rushed and they answer all of my questions. I am getting the attention and treatment that I need and expect.

Dr. Sweatt is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I have been a patient for many years and I wouldn’t trade him or his staff for anything.
