Care Philosophy: Dr. McClelland and his wife moved down to the Charlotte NC area to begin a new ENT practice focusing more on quality of care, patient experience, and clear communications with referring doctors and patients. He continues to enjoy seeing, treating, and educating patients. Specialty: General Otolaryngology with a particular interest in rhinology (the treatment of nasal and sinus disorders). I have a particular interest, clinically, in minimally invasive nasal and sinus surgery designed to give lasting relief of chronic nasal congestion, stuffy nose, and chronic or recurring sinus infections. Our group has always prided itself on being technologically advanced and ahead of the curve in terms of providing care in the most patient-friendly and safest ways possible.

Biography: Dr. Jad Jabbour is a board-certified otolaryngologist who specializes in pediatric ear, nose, and throat care. He graduated summa cum laude from Wheaton College. He earned his medical degree from Northwestern University and Master of Public Health degree from the American University of Beirut. Dr. Jabbour completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and his fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He continues to serve as a Lecturer in Otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Jabbour loves spending time with his wife and two boys, playing sports, and playing music. He has also volunteered on medical trips to Egypt and Lebanon.

Biography: Dr. Zachary Cappello is an ear, nose, and throat physician who specializes in rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a biochemistry degree. He earned his doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Cappello's otolaryngology residency was in the University of Louisville School of Medicine's Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. His fellowship in advanced rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery was at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Biography: Dr. Todd Reulbach is an otolaryngologist who specializes in comprehensive adult & pediatric ENT care and thyroid surgery in the Huntersville, NC area. His clinical interests are ear tube surgery, laryngology, and allergies. He graduated from Marshall University and received his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. His internship and residency were at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, Alpha Omega Alpha, the North Carolina Medical Society, and the Mecklenburg County Medical Society.

Biography: Dr. Douglas Villaret is an otolaryngologist who specializes in comprehensive adult & pediatric ENT care, head & neck cancer, and thyroid surgery, servicing the Charlotte area in our SouthPark, Pineville, and Rock Hill offices. He graduated from Stanford University and received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. His surgery internship and otolaryngology – head & neck surgery residency were both at the University of Cincinnati. His head & neck cancer/microvascular & reconstructive surgery fellowship was at the University of Washington. He is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a member of the American Board of Otolaryngology, the American College of Surgeons, the American Head and Neck Society, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Association for Cancer Research, the American Society for Gene Therapy, the Society of University Otolaryngologists, and the Triological Society. He is on the Editorial Boards of the American Journal of Clinical Oncology and the North American Craniomaxillofacial Committee. He is on the Education Board of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery.

Biography: My mother is a nurse practitioner. From the time I was young, I wanted to be a doctor. \n When I was a teenager, my grandfather had a massive stroke, and one of my closest friends was diagnosed with brain cancer in the same year. As a result of those dual experiences, I felt called to neurology. I wanted to help make this world better for those with neurological diseases. \n As I furthered my training, I realized my heart was called to headache disorders and to obstetric neurology, so I continued my training through fellowship opportunities. I am proud to serve the Charlotte area as a subspecialist in these two areas. I'm a board-certified headache specialist. \n I have found that patients often know their body and their symptoms better than anyone. Every patient has their own story to tell. When doctors listen closely to those stories, it's easier for us to determine the right diagnosis and the right plan for that patient. No two patients are alike, and each deserves individualized care. \n At Novant Health, I serve as lead neurologist in the greater Charlotte area, vice chair of the physician governance committee, head of the comprehensive headache center, and founder and head of obstetrics/women's neurology. I'm also communications director for the Southern Headache Society. \n I've published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, and I frequently speak at academic conferences. \n Teaching the physicians of tomorrow is important to me, and I serve as an adjunct professor and fourth-year neurology clerkship director at the UNC School of Medicine branch campus at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center; assistant professor at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine; and as a member of the teaching faculty in the Novant Health Family Medicine Residency Program. \n I am married with two growing boys, and my family means the world to me. As a family, we love trail running, mountain biking, kayaking and rock climbing.

Biography: Dr. Isaac Dingle is a comprehensive otolaryngologist specializing in adult and pediatric sinonasal disorders. He performs sinus surgery, in-office balloon sinuplasty, and procedures for improving nasal breathing. He also treats patients with allergies, sleep apnea, thyroid disorders, salivary gland disorders, eustachian tube dysfunction, ear infections, and voice complaints.

Biography: My father was a neurologist in the U.S. military, and I always enjoyed hearing about his work. For me, practicing medicine is like detective work. The answers aren't always obvious. I have a passion for helping patients understand their illnesses. \n I'm committed to patient satisfaction and practice empathetic patient care. Being able to provide patients evidence-based diagnoses and offer them the most effective, innovative treatments is the most important part of this job. \n I serve as the Novant Health outpatient neurology medical director for the greater Charlotte market. I have a strong interest in integrative neurology, which encompasses a mix of standard practice neurology and holistic medicine. My areas of interest include electromyography (EMG); Botox injections; amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS); muscle disorders, myasthenia gravis; neuromuscular medicine and neuropathy. \n I enjoy traveling with my wife and children.
