Biography: Dr. Joshua Bradshaw is a native of Orem, but has strong ties to Davis County with family located throughout the area. After graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in Exercise Science, he attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, VA for his Medical Doctorate. He then completed his Otolaryngology residency at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, FL. He then joined Mountain West ENT and is now a practicing ENT physician in Davis County. He is affiliated with Mountain West Surgical Center, Davis Hospital, Lakeview Hospital, and Layton Hospital.Dr. Bradshaw sees patients of all ages, including young children. He enjoys helping patients with a variety of ENT problems and has special interests in treating sleep apnea, thyroid/parathyroid disorders, voice disorders, and salivary disorders, as well as performing in-office sinus procedures.When he's not practicing medicine, Dr. Bradshaw loves spending time with his wife and four children. He enjoys being outdoors and is an avid skier. During the summer months, you may find him on one of the many back-country hiking trails in the High Uinta Wilderness. He also loves music and plays the piano and guitar.

Biography: Dr. Alex Jonathan Nelson was born and raised in northern Utah. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah, he attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine.In addition to his medical doctorate, he also completed the requirements for a Master of Health Administration in the OSU College of Public Health after receiving a university graduate fellowship.He received multiple honors during his medical studies, including a Dean's Scholarship, Dean's Leadership Scholarship, the Samuel J. Roessler Memorial research scholarship, and the Department of Neurology outstanding performance award.During Dr. Nelson's clinical rotations, he became fascinated with the function and pathology of the nervous system, which drove his decision to pursue a residency in Neurology. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Nelson did a preliminary medicine intern year at the University of Utah before moving to Minnesota for his Neurology residency at one of the most distinguished and respected programs in the world, Mayo Clinic. While learning the complexities of the diagnosis and management of disorders of the nervous system, Dr. Nelson became particularly interested in the painful manifestations of neurologic dysfunction, and turned this desire into a pursuance of a subspecialty in Pain Medicine.He went on to do fellowship training in Pain Medicine at one of the American Pain Society's clinic centers of excellence, the University of California - Davis Pain Center. In fellowship, Dr. Nelson was instructed in a multi-disciplinary approach to the management of chronic pain conditions. He became skilled in the full spectrum of interventional techniques, including fluoroscopically-guided procedures, ultrasound-guided procedures, and advanced techniques of spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation.Dr. Nelson is board certified in Neurology and Pain Management. He will be seeing patients with any type of chronic pain, but has particular clinical interest in the treatment of headaches and neuropathic pain conditions.

Biography: Dr. Hammond is a Utah native, graduating from BYU in 1996. He moved to California to complete medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, graduating in 2001. He completed his internship in internal medicine in Connecticut. He then completed his neurology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, and followed with specialized training in sleep medicine with a fellowship at the same university. His professional interests include sleep disorders, multiple sclerosis, peripheral nerve and muscle diseases, and stroke. Dr. Hammond returned to Utah in 2006 for all that it offers: family, lifestyle, and the best backcountry in the world.
