Biography: Dr. Barbara Lee is an ophthalmologist who works in cataract surgery, diabetic eye disease, glaucoma management, and routine eye care in Charlotte, NC. When Dr. Lee is not treating patients or restoring vision in cataract patients, she loves to cook, hike, knit and spend time with her husband and two sons.

Biography: Dr. Elliot McKee is a fellowship-trained pediatric ophthalmologist and strabismus specialist who has been with CEENTA since 2014 in Charlotte, NC. He is originally from St. Louis and completed his ophthalmology training at Indiana University and Duke University. He evaluates and treats children's eye conditions ranging from the routine to complex, including glasses, amblyopia, strabismus, cataracts, glaucoma, nasolacrimal duct problems, and retinopathy of prematurity. He has a particular interest in children with special needs. He also treats adult patients with eye alignment disorders (strabismus). In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and baby, playing tennis, and participating in the men's group F3 (Fitness, Faith, and Fellowship).

Biography: Dr. Erin Schotthoefer is an ophthalmologist who specializes in pediatric eye care and strabismus in the Charlotte, NC and Huntersville, NC areas. She graduated from Harvard University and received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. Her internship was at St. John's Hospital in Detroit, her residency was at the University of Iowa, and her fellowship was at Duke University. She is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus, and Women in Ophthalmology.

Biography: Dr. Piehota is a comprehensive ophthalmologist specialized in treating diseases of the eye, eyelids and surrounding structures. He is a former member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, in which he was deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Combat Medic conducting over 300 combat missions. Upon returning home, Dr. Piehota completed his undergraduate education at Millersville University and medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then went on to complete his osteopathic internship and ophthalmology residency at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
