Biography: Dr. Jeffrey Jamesis a graduate of the University of Dayton and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency training at Trihealth Bethesda. Dr James completed his fellowship training in sports medicine through Trihealth Bethesda through which he also spent time with Beacon Orthopedics and sports teams from Xavier University, College of Mount St. Joseph, and Sycamore High school. Dr. James is board certified in family medicine with added qualification in sports medicine. He practices withPremier Orthopedics. Dr. James is Medical Director and team physician for University of Dayton Athletics. He is also Medical Director for the Miami Valley Hospital South sports medicine programs and is team physician for Centerville High School athletics. Dr. James' clinic practice focuses on non-operative orthopedic care for adolescents and adults, as well as the full spectrum of sports medicine needs. Dr. James has training in the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound for both diagnosis as well as use for needle and procedural guidance. Along with ultrasound, Dr. James has special interest in orthobiologic injections such as prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and stem cell procedures. Dr. James also offers TenJet minimally invasive tenotomy procedures for chronic tendon pain. Biography: Louis C. Okafor, MD graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Okafor completed his fellowship in joint preservation, resurfacing, and reconstruction at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He is a member of a number of organizations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, International Congress for Joint Reconstruction, American Association for Hip and Knee Surgeons, and Orthopaedic Trauma Association.

Biography: Mick Denen, MD is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at Wright State University affiliated hospitals. Dr. Denen is certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. He has been with Internal Medicine and Pediatrics of Centerville since 1991.

Biography: Deitrice Chapman, MD is a graduate of Oakwood College and Loma Linda University Medical School. She completed her residency in family practice at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Chapman is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. She has a special interest in women's health. Dr. Chapman has been with South Town Family Practice and Premier Physician Network since October 2006.

Biography: Pam Werner, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Werner is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has been with Premier Health Primary Care - Brown Street, previously known as Miami Valley Primary Care, since February 2003.

Biography: Michael J. Griesser, MD received his medical degree from Wright state University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2006. Dr. Griesser completed an Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Ohio State University in 2011. Dr. Griesser completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic in 2012. Dr. Griesser is board certified Orthopedic Surgery.

Biography: Richard Davis II, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Davis completed an adult reconstruction fellowship at the Southern Joint Replacement Institute in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Davis specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He has participated in medical mission trips to Tanzania, Africa and Juarez, Mexico. Dr. Davis sees patients in his Middletown office.

Biography: Julia A. Boyd, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Boyd is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Physicians.
