Care Philosophy: As an athlete growing up, Dr. Azzam saw firsthand the impact that orthopedic surgeons have on improving their patients' quality of life. He has always loved to compete, and see orthopedics as a means to help patients triumph over injury.

Biography: Terry Presley, DO, is a board-certified, fellowship trained orthopedic physician with Orthopedic Surgeons, Inc., and he is affiliated with Research Medical Center Brookside Campus in Kansas City, Missouri.He has special interest in joint replacements and has specialized training in advanced hip and knee reconstruction techniques, including minimally invasive orthopedic surgery and muscle sparing approaches. Dr. Presley completed medical training at Midwestern University and the University of Louisville. He holds active memberships in the American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics. He is also an assistant professor of orthopedics at Kansas City University.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Roberts strives for every patient to achieve the best possible quality of life. He ensures his patients and their families are well educated and informed, as he knows this leads to better outcomes and results

Care Philosophy: Dr. Gurley's goal is to treat every patient with respect and utilize his more than 20 years experience and expertise to treat patients with the most advanced techniques available.

Care Philosophy: Professional interests include surgery of the foot and ankle and general orthopaedic surgery.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Carlisle believes that healthcare decision-making is a collaboartive, team practice. When a patient, family, referring providers and treating providers work together, the best deicsion is made and the best outcome is achieved.

Care Philosophy: I believe in individualized treatment plans built on a foundation of patient education and effective communication. I prefer conservative, non-surgical treatment options when possible, and I reserve surgical treatment for cases when less-invasive treatment options have proven insufficient.
