Biography: Dr. Jeffrey Jamesis a graduate of the University of Dayton and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency training at Trihealth Bethesda. Dr James completed his fellowship training in sports medicine through Trihealth Bethesda through which he also spent time with Beacon Orthopedics and sports teams from Xavier University, College of Mount St. Joseph, and Sycamore High school. Dr. James is board certified in family medicine with added qualification in sports medicine. He practices withPremier Orthopedics. Dr. James is Medical Director and team physician for University of Dayton Athletics. He is also Medical Director for the Miami Valley Hospital South sports medicine programs and is team physician for Centerville High School athletics. Dr. James' clinic practice focuses on non-operative orthopedic care for adolescents and adults, as well as the full spectrum of sports medicine needs. Dr. James has training in the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound for both diagnosis as well as use for needle and procedural guidance. Along with ultrasound, Dr. James has special interest in orthobiologic injections such as prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and stem cell procedures. Biography: Warren Ljungren, MD is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton. He is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Ljungren has a special interest in sports medicine. Dr. Ljungren has been with Beavercreek Family Medicine since its foundation in 1987.

Biography: Jay Hoffman, MD is a graduate of Duke University and the Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Kettering Medical Center in Dayton. Dr. Hoffman is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been with SureCare Medical Center since 1995.

Biography: Michael Ruff, MD was born and raised in the Dayton area. After attending medical school at the Medical College of Ohio, he completed his training in Family Medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton, Ohio in 2001. He has worked in both private practice and academic teaching settings including Wright State University's School of Medicine. His professional interests include office based procedures and providing care for the whole family, including newborns through geriatrics. His personal interests include spending time with his family, sports (especially golf), reading and writing.

Biography: Paul Jennewine, MD has been in practice in Middletown since 1997 and is board certified in internal medicine. He joined Middletown Medical Group after finishing his residency and receiving his medical degree at the University of Toledo Medical Center. A member of the American College of Physician and the Ohio State Medical Society, Dr. Jennewine also has served two terms as president of the Bulter County Medical Society and is the medical director of the Middletown Health Department. Dr. Jennewine currently lives in Middletown with his wife and three daughters.

Biography: Josh Ordway, MD is excited to serve residents of the Miami Valley region through his medical office, Springboro Family Medicine. Dr. Ordway grew up in a village in northwest Ohio. After completing his undergraduate studies in economics at Princeton University where he was a 3 sport NCAA athlete, Dr. Ordway attended The Ohio State University to take pre-med courses so that he could attend medical school. Dr. Ordway graduated as a doctor of medicine from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2010. He completed his residency program in Dayton through the Wright State University Family Medicine Program in 2013. Dr. Ordway lives in Springboro with his wife, Megan, and their 3 adorable children. He is a former quasi-professional marathon runner. Some of his accomplishments include winning the 2008 Columbus marathon and running in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic marathon trials, placing 21st and 47th, respectively. Dr. Ordway continues to compete at a high level and can be seen running in local races. Dr. Ordway looks forward to caring for family members spanning from infants to the elderly. Some of his special interests include dermatology, geriatrics, joint injections, pediatrics, skin bump and lump removal, sports medicine and women's health. Dr. Ordway is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Biography: Mick Denen, MD is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at Wright State University affiliated hospitals. Dr. Denen is certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. He has been with Internal Medicine and Pediatrics of Centerville since 1991.

Biography: Deitrice Chapman, MD is a graduate of Oakwood College and Loma Linda University Medical School. She completed her residency in family practice at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Chapman is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. She has a special interest in women's health. Dr. Chapman has been with South Town Family Practice and Premier Physician Network since October 2006.

Biography: Matthew Cavo, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Cavo completed a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at the University of Rochester. Dr. Cavo specializes in Hand Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society Member. Dr. Cavo sees patients in his Centerville office.

Biography: Beth A. Berrettoni, MD, is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She completed her Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland and was a Hand Fellow at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. During her years of training, Dr. Berrettoni has been active in research, and has had her work presented in national medical publications. Dr. Berrettoni is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has obtained the Certificate of Added Qualifications for Surgery of the Hand. She is a member of The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.

Biography: Anne Reitz, MD is a graduate of Miami University and the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family practice at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston. Dr. Reitz is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has been with Premier Physician Network since 2000.
