I try to educate all my patients enough so that they can participate in making decisions about their care. I earned a Bachelor&rsquos of Medicine and Surgery from the Government Medical College in Surat, India and completed a residency in the Department of Internal Medicine at St. Luke&rsquos University Health Network. I am a co-author of several publications and presentations, and I have completed research and quality improvement projects in the areas of nutrition and improving mammogram improvement rates. I am certified in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and I am board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Outside of work, I like to cook, try new recipes and spend time with my three boys.
