Biography: Dr. Burford was born and grew up in Mexico City, Mexico. She graduated from KU with a degree in Neurology and completed medical school and residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine Wichita. Biography: Dr. Christman has been in private practice since 1978. He is licensed to practice medicine in both the State of Kansas and Texas. His many publications include topics such as Identification and Follow-Up At-Risk Gravidas from Maternal Rubella Exposure, Regional Perinatal Care, Fetal Weight Estimation by Sonographic Fetal Abdominal Circumference, and Prenatal Diagnosis-Wichita Experience. He received the Outstanding Young Men in America Award in 1975 and the National Faculty Award for Excellence in Education in 1999. He continues to provide clinical training to residents through the University of Kansas School of Medicine.Dr. Christman performs robotic hysterectomies/myomectomies utilizing the Da Vinci Robotic System.Special Interests include Minimally Invasive Surgery and Advanced Laparoscopic Procedures.
