Biography: Dr Wjasow has been practicing in the specialty of Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology for over 18 years and the former Medical Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, NJ. She is currently the Vice Chair and Member-at-Large in the Dept. of Cardiology at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. Dr. Wjasow completed an Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiovascular Diseases Fellowship at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, and a Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship at Lankenau Hospital-Jefferson University Health System. Dr Wjasow has extensive experience and expertise in cardiac device management; the implantation of pacemakers, defibrillators and biventricular devices; ablations (SVT, ischemic and automatic endocardial VT, atrial fibrillation, typical and atypical atrial flutter) and Watchman. She successfully started a complex endocardial ablation program during her time as an Attending Physician at the Atlantic Heart Rhythm Center in Galloway, NJ and has collaborated with CT Surgery towards the goal of building a hybrid endocardial/epicardial AF ablation program. Dr Wjasow is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine and previously the Director of the Electrophysiology Fellowship at Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Wjasow is a skilled educator, lecturer and co-investigator in multiple industry and non-industry sponsored trials. She was named Teacher of the Year for 2007 at Deborah Heart & Lung Center.

Biography: Dr. Fox joined Hamilton Cardiology Associates in August 2011. He graduated from New York University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Columbia University Medical Center. His Cardiology Fellowship was completed at Northwestern University McGaw Medical Center, where he obtained clinical expertise in the areas of nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and cardiac catheterization. Dr. Fox completed his fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Massachusetts General Hospital, a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Since joining Hamilton Cardiology, Dr. Fox has focused his procedural work on the interventional management of complex coronary disease. He helped initiate use of the Impella left ventricular assist device for patients in cardiogenic shock or in need of complex coronary interventions in Mercer County. In addition, he is a passionate advocate for radial access in the cardiac catheterization laboratory (procedures done through the patients wrist) and initiated the use of distal radial access in our area. Dr. Fox also brought experience in transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) to our practice and initiated the use of this exciting technology in Mercer County. He is also an active participant in our office-based endovenous ablation program. Dr. Fox is the Medical Director of Hamilton Cardiology Associates IAC ICAEL and ICANL accredited labs. He is the current Chairman of the Dept. of Cardiology and Chairman of the Medical Quality Council at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and serves as a member of the Medical Executive Committee and Peer Review Committee. Dr. Fox is also the former Cardiology Member at Large on the Medical Executive Committee and member of the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Drug Usage Committee at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. In addition, he is the former Co-Director of the TAVR Program and member of the Institution Review Board (IRB) at St. Francis Medical Center. Dr. Fox was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.

He acquired breadth of training in all aspects of Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, Stress testing, Nuclear Cardiology, Vascular Ultrasound and Cardiac Catheterization. He was highly regarded among his peers and received the Outstanding Fellow Award and Excellence in Teaching Award in 2012-2013. Dr. Patel has been a practicing Cardiologist since 2015. He has been an Attending Physician at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital @ Hamilton, Capital Health Medical Center at Hopewell and Penn Medicine at Princeton Medical Center. Dr. Patel is currently the Medical Director of the Echocardiography Lab and IAC Accredited Nuclear Cardiology Lab at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital @ Hamilton, in addition to a member of the Peer Review Committee. Dr. Patel enjoys teaching residents and fellows in training. He was selected as Fellow of American College of Cardiology in 2017.
