Dr. Albert Vu, DO

I have been to different pain doctors in Dallas, and Dr. Vu is by far the best. He takes the time to listen to me and he will actually examine you. I have seen so many doctors who never laid a hand on me. He is always on schedule and I am usually seen right at my scheduled appointment time. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Vu is very professional and concerned about your health. He will do everything possible to help. The only thing I would rate down would be that it’s very hard to talk with anyone at the office. You have to leave a message (most of the time) and they will get back with you. Maybe. It could be a day or two before they get with you if they do at all. The person responsible for answering the phone is not too concerned. I had to stop by the office to solve my problem after a few days of trying to get through. Which would have taken 30 seconds on the phone. If you call on a Thursday and not get through it will be Monday or Tuesday before the get back with you because the office is closes on Friday.

Working with this entire staff of specialists has been a blessing to me. They are respectful, courteous and go out of their way to help assist you. Starting with the front desk of the facility, McKenzie and Rachael are inviting, friendly and expedite your check in process. Brendan, one of the teams MA's (medical assistant) is quite knowledgeable. Dr. Albert Vu is compassionate, focused, listens and is very professional. At checkout, Sage works diligently to help you in many fronts. Nathan Q
