Very glad to have been referred to Dr. Wilkerson
He was great: Pleasant, listened, examined my hand and explained my X-rays. Answered all my questions, gave me all options from the minimal to surgical. Agreed an injection was a good place to start and administered it. I left with instructions to call to be seen by him if my pain returned and with clear instructions on what to expect in the next 48 hours after the corticosteroid injection. Highly recommend.

excellent explaination of what was going on in my wrist after reviewing x-rays. He then explained the treatment options from least invasive to surgery AND objectively explained the liklihood of success with each. I would highly recommend Dr. Wilkerson.

Explains conditions well. Good listener
I highly recommend Dr. Wilkerson. My broken elbow was the first time I’d broken any bone and wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr. Wilkerson was a good listener and took the time to explain how my elbow was broken while showing me details of my x- ray; he also listened to my concerns. Surgery went well, and he did a good job of following up to make sure that I received therapy during my recovery. I’m very pleased with the result, my mobility, comfort, and being able to get back into my favorite activities. I had the metal plate removed about a year later and that surgery was a breeze; recovery was very quick! Great doctor and the staff at spectrum was really friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I cannot say enough about Dr Wilkerson, underwent a total wrist fusion and it was not an easy journey he was so attentive to my well being and very compassionate. I have had over 25 surgeries and from my first visit I felt safe and listened to Be is a gifted surgeon but also a gentle man who took time to define my pain, who took time to encourage every step of the way.
