The worst ARNP I've ever had to deal with. She was not knowledgeable of managing Graves Disease. Couldn't pronounce medical terminology. Had to use Epocrates to look up medications, doses & how to dose a patient. Wasn't sure of care plan to continue in my case, she had to check with another physician after I left, and caught me while checking out to make me aware IN FRONT of the receptionist of the changes in my medication. There was absolutely no patient privacy & she was VERY unprofessional
