Dr. Neff graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with dual degrees in Biochemistry, Cellular and Molecular Biology, and History before attending medical school at East Tennessee State University. He then completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University and a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Tulane University and continues to grow his clinical expertise in these fields. Dr. Neff applies his understanding of the digestive system and his scientific knowledge to diagnosis and treat illnesses in adults.

Anthony Montemuro, MD, completed his medical degree at Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Montemuro finished his fellowship in Gastroenterology and completed an elective fellowship in Therapeutic ERCP at Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia. Prior to joining Gastroenterology Specialists of Middle TN in 2003, Dr. Montemuro was in private practice in Savannah, GA., where he practiced for five years. Prior to that, he practiced at the Nalle Clinic in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Montemuro has been on the medical staff at StoneCrest Medical Center since 2003. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Gastroenterology.

Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Clayton M. Spiceland, MD grew up in Kentucky and received his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Kentucky. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He then completed his three-year fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. In 2018, Dr. Spiceland was selected as an American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) Young Physician Leadership Scholar and currently serves on the national ACG Patient Care Committee.
