After college, she spent two years teaching English in Prague, Czech Republic, where she met her husband. Dr. Payne enjoys providing compassionate, holistic, high-quality care to women of all ages from teens through menopause. She treats a wide variety of conditions including abnormal bleeding, ovarian cysts, fibroids, infertility, endometriosis, testing for hereditary cancers (e.g., breast, ovarian, endometrial, colon), treatment for menopausal symptoms with bio-identical hormones, and more. Dr. Sarah Takimoto is a Colorado native. She attended the University of Southern California for her undergraduate degree and received her medical degree from Creighton University. She completed her OB/GYN residency at St. Joseph's Hospital, and joined Midtown OB/GYN in 2018. Dr. Takimoto's interests in OB/GYN include maternal safety and postpartum care, family planning, minimally invasive surgery, and teaching residents. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, cooking and discovering new restaurants. She is married with a young son and is bilingual in Spanish.
